Under the House v. NCAA settlement, qualifying athletes now receive a direct revenue share.
NIL payments cannot be used for "pay for play." All activities must include a genuine value exchange. Consult your tax advisor regarding deductibility. The Fan Engine operates independently at each school under applicable NCAA and state regulations.
